1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Fast Growth, Business Growth, or the Creator Marketplace (together, "Strendex" or "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
One email address can hold multiple account roles on Strendex (for example, a Business Growth client who is also a Creator Marketplace creator). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to use Strendex.
3. Fast Growth (SMM Panel)
- Fast Growth delivers followers, likes, views, comments, and similar engagement services against a target link or username you provide.
- Orders are funded from your Naira wallet, topped up via Flutterwave. You are responsible for ensuring the target link/username you submit is accurate and belongs to an account you're authorized to promote.
- Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates. Where a no-drop guarantee is stated for a service, Strendex will refill a qualifying drop within the stated window — this guarantee is a refill commitment, not a cash-refund commitment.
- Strendex does not guarantee compliance of purchased engagement with the policies of any third-party platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and is not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account as a result of using engagement services generally.
4. Business Growth (Marketing Agency)
- Business Growth is a subscription service billed at the plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale) you're placed into after onboarding.
- Deliverables, timelines, and scope for your plan are confirmed with the Strendex team before work begins and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
- Strendex works to grow your social presence and marketing performance, but does not guarantee specific results (follower counts, sales, or revenue), as these depend on many factors outside our control.
- Either party may cancel a Business Growth subscription; billing for the current period is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Creator Marketplace
- Businesses submit project briefs; Strendex reviews and assigns a suitable creator, and manages the delivery, revision, and approval process between both parties.
- Creators must apply and be approved before accepting projects, and agree to deliver work that matches the approved brief in good faith.
- Payment for a project is held by Strendex and released to the creator once the client approves the delivered work, minus Strendex's service commission.
- Disputes (over quality, scope, or delivery) are reviewed by the Strendex team, who may resolve them via revision, creator reassignment, or refund, at our reasonable discretion.
- Creators and businesses may not use information exchanged on Strendex to arrange payment or work outside the platform for a project that originated on Strendex.
6. Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn commission on qualifying paid signups or funded wallets they refer, under the terms and commission rates published on the Affiliate page at the time of referral. Strendex reserves the right to withhold commission on fraudulent, self-referred, or abusive referral activity.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Strendex for any unlawful purpose, or to promote content that is illegal, hateful, or fraudulent.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the platform's security features.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, or ownership of any account or link submitted for service.
- Abuse the dispute, refund, or affiliate systems in bad faith.
8. Termination
Strendex may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse other users of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding wallet balances, active orders, or in-progress projects will be settled per our normal refund and payout processes first.
9. Limitation of liability
Strendex provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strendex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including third-party platform actions taken against your social media accounts.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Strendex's products evolve. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
