Fast Growth (SMM Panel) orders
- Before delivery starts: an order can be cancelled and refunded to your wallet if processing hasn't yet begun.
- After delivery starts: orders are not eligible for a cash refund once processing has begun, since delivery is drawn against real, non-recoverable capacity.
- Drops after delivery: services with a stated no-drop guarantee are refilled free of charge within the guarantee window — this is a refill, not a cash refund.
- Wrong link or username submitted by you: Strendex is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect target you provided, and these are not eligible for refund.
Business Growth plans
- Subscription fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, since your account team's time and any ad spend for that period has already been committed.
- If Strendex is unable to begin work on your plan within a reasonable time after payment, you're entitled to a full refund of that period's fee.
- Cancelling your plan stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
Creator Marketplace projects
- Payment for a project is held by Strendex until the client approves the delivered work — funds are only released to the creator at that point.
- If a project can't be resolved through revisions or creator reassignment, the Strendex team may issue a full or partial refund based on how much of the work was actually delivered and usable.
- Disputes should be raised through your dashboard as soon as an issue arises — the sooner it's raised, the more options (revision, reassignment, refund) are available.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your Strendex wallet by default, or to your original Flutterwave payment method on request. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days once approved.

For Fast Growth or Business Growth, contact us through your dashboard's messaging tab or our Contact page. For Creator Marketplace projects, use the dispute option on the relevant project inside your dashboard so our team can review the full history of the work.
