1. What this covers
This policy explains how Strendex collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data across all three products on this platform: Fast Growth (the SMM panel), Business Growth (the marketing agency service), and the Creator Marketplace (connecting businesses with creators). By creating an account or using any part of Strendex, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, and some information automatically:
- Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password when you sign up.
- Business/creator profile details — for Business Growth: your business goals, budget, and onboarding answers. For creators: display name, bio, niches, portfolio links, location, and social handles submitted in your application.
- Order and transaction data — Fast Growth orders (platform, service, quantity, target link), Business Growth service requests, wallet top-ups, and withdrawal requests.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Flutterwave; Strendex does not store your card number or banking credentials directly.
- Communications — messages sent through in-app chat between clients, creators, and the Strendex team, and any contact-form submissions.
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken in your dashboard, and general device/browser information, collected via analytics tooling where enabled.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account across whichever Strendex product(s) you use.
- To process orders, service requests, payments, and creator payouts.
- To match businesses with creators and manage project delivery, revisions, and disputes.
- To send order updates, delivery notifications, and account-related messages.
- To improve the platform, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To send occasional product updates or promotions — only if you've opted in.
4. How we store and protect your data
Account and platform data is stored with Supabase, using row-level security so that users can only access data belonging to their own account, role, or active projects. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to administrative tooling is restricted to authorized Strendex staff.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only:
- Between a business and the creator(s) assigned to their project, to the extent needed to complete the work (brief details, delivery files, and messages).
- With payment processors (Flutterwave) to complete transactions.
- With service providers that power specific features (for example, the SMM order-delivery provider behind Fast Growth).
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Strendex, its users, or the public.
6. Your rights and choices
You can review and update most of your account information from your dashboard's Account Settings at any time. You can opt out of promotional emails at any point. To request a copy of your data or ask that your account be deleted, contact us using the details on our Contact page — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (for example, transaction history for tax or dispute purposes).
7. Cookies and analytics
Strendex uses essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Where analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) are active, they collect anonymized usage patterns to help us understand how the platform is used — this policy will be updated with specific tool names once those integrations are live.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Strendex's products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
